• Identification data: Name, date of birth, nationality, passport number (for authorities).
• Contact data: Email address, phone number, hotel/accommodation in Phuket.
• Diver data: Certification level, number of dives, equipment sizes.
• Health data: Medical information relating to dive fitness and allergies.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:

• Legal obligations: Registration of guests with Thai immigration and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT).
• Safety: Verifying your dive fitness and planning required gases/equipment.
• Organisation: Processing your booking, hotel pick-up and preparation of boat lists.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data will only be passed on to third parties where necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or required by law:

• To Thai authorities (immigration/harbour authority).
• To on-board staff (instructors/captain) for the conduct of the tour.
• In a medical emergency, to medical personnel or rescue services.

5. Retention Period

We store your data for as long as necessary for the provision of our services or as required by applicable retention periods (e.g. Thai tax or tourism law). Medical questionnaires are securely destroyed or deleted at the end of the season, unless legal grounds for longer retention exist.

7. Photos & Videos

As mentioned in our Terms & Conditions, we occasionally take photos or videos during tours for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in published material, please inform us before the tour begins. Removal of already published images can be requested at any time within technical feasibility.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss or unauthorised access. Our registration form uses an encrypted SSL connection (HTTPS).
